Club Training

AKC currently train every Monday from 7pm until 8.30pm.

Training is held in the winter months at the White Horse Leisure and Tennis centre at Audlett Drive and in summer moves outdoors to the playing fields at Larkmead School, both in Abingdon.

Training usually starts with some shooting practice and a warm up and is then led by an experienced coach.

New members get their first three training sessions free to allow you to get a feel for the game. Subsequent training sessions and matches are £4 a time. Alternatively, as an incentive to pay by Standing Order, you can set up a regular payment of £16 a month and this covers all training sessions and matches.

Wear a pair of indoor trainers/ gym shoes and something comfortable to train in. In summer months a pair of studded boots can be worn when playing outdoors.
